How to Reduce Forgetting :)

There are 10 ways to reduce forgetting, hopefully these tips can help you all in examination or remembering all points for your work presentation etc. all these tips i got from my psychology lecturer Dr. Hjh Firdaus Mokhtar. she is one of psychologist lecturer in Universiti Putra Malaysia.

1. Develop motivation
2. Practice memory skill
3. Be confident in your ability to remember
4. Minimize distraction
5. Stay focused
6. Make meaningful connections to what is long term memory
7. Use mental imagery
8. Use retrieval cues
9. Rely on more than memory alone
10. Be aware of possible distortion due to schemata
